Mod. 165 tobacco jar
This stoneware tobacco jar, designed and crafted by Franco Bucci for his own manufacture Laboratorio Pesaro , was produced between 1961 and 1965. It is published as model No. 165, and is signed under the base. It was one of the first pieces produced by the manufactory, and was even the subject of a Laboratorio Pesaro's advertisement. The object consists of three parts: the container, the lid, and an inner shelf to be used as a humidifier for tobacco. Of course, it can also be used as a decorative box. The piece remains in excellent vintage condition, with small wear and patina due to age and use.
