Galerija Fotografija and
1+1 Gallery, in collaboration with architect
Matic Vrabič, are pleased to present a joint exhibition featuring a curated selection of works from both galleries. This showcase will highlight a range of historical design pieces from the 20th century alongside photographs from Galerija Fotografija’s collection.
The exhibition will be installed in the storefront windows of Galerija Fotografija, creating a singular hybrid space where design and photography intersect. Three distinct zones will facilitate a dialogue between the objects and photographs, offering alternative perspectives on the works. Display panels will divide the windows into two interconnected spaces. Taking advantage of the short, dark winter days, the windows will remain illuminated even after the gallery closes, allowing passersby to enjoy the exhibition at any hour.
